At MUMBOD our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where in the world you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer process the orders, which takes an additional 1–2 days.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International orders are shipped by Royal Mail, which is a UK Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 1 and 2 days to arrive at their UK destination, 6-7 working days outside the UK. Please note either can take longer from time to time and AOP+ orders have their own timetable, please read the AOP+ section below for further details.
* £1 Phone Pop Holder UK Delivery - £1 delivery is ONLY valid for the purchase of up to 10 phone pop holders. Any order over the amount of 10 phone pop holders or a joint order of a phone pop holder and a different item will result in the normal standard UK delivery charge.
We really appreciate your patience. The time taken for full delivery is to ensure you receive your products in the best condition possible. If this isn't the case then please email 'firstname.lastname@example.org' using the term 'Shipping complaint', your name, order number and the date in the subject header. We will then act on your behalf and begin a dispute/ claim with the courier company to investigate the handling of the product. You will receive notification of this claim and the relevant details required within 24-48 hrs.
Snatched By Lo Merchandise/ AOP+ Policy for Shipping
Snatched By Lo Merchandise is produced and distributed by a 3rd party company; AOP+. As such, any 'Snatched By Lo Merchandise' products/orders falls within the legal parameters, guidance and policy that AOP+ provides. Any questions, discrepancies or complaints should be made through the normal email channel; email@example.com in which case we will liaise with AOP+ on your behalf to ensure your satisfaction. Please read below for full terms.
- All AOP+ products have their own 'regular shipping' costs, 'additional item' shipping costs and delivery times dependant upon the country you are sending your order to, courier and amount of items. Please be fully aware of this before placing an order as 'MUMBOD' has no power in speeding up the order process or delivery. This information should be available within the product description however if you are unable to locate this please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can provide you with the required details.
- All AOP+ products have an individual delivery charge (regular shipping cost), there is NOT one charge for the customer basket in its entirety. If you wish to purchase multiple items, please add to the basket as normal. You will then be charged the regular shipping price for the item which has the highest shipping charge, every additional item within its delivery group will be charged as an 'additional item' which is cheaper than the original regular shipping cost.
for example, if the order has four shirts, the 1st shirt will have the main shipping cost charge, and the rest of the shirt will get the additional item shipping cost.
- Shipping process is as followed:
Order made - Payment received - Funds cleared - Funds transferred to AOP+ - Order processed & product printed - Order Shipped via Courier - Package sorted by courier - Package delivered to customer
- Where applicable your product may be tracked via its courier website or shop app. This is dependant upon the product type, courier and country that it is being delivered to. When selecting the delivery method your checkout will specify the courier service used, delivery type and wether the tracking is available. When the order is processed you will receive a prompt to download an app named 'shop' via the apple or google app store. You can track your orders via this app or alternatively once AOP+ processes and ships your order a tracking number will become available on your fulfilment email.
