A tasty enjoyable meal plan to do alongside the Summer Shred six week challenge!!

This meal guide is high in protein but low in carbohydrates. I have designed it to support you during this challenge where we will be doing HIIT Cardio workouts, 3X Glute focused workouts a week, upper body/back workouts and of course core exercises.
